2009 Pledge Form	The 2009 MS Bike Tour will take place August 9 & 10. If you'd like to join me for the ride, please e-mail me. If you can't ride, you can pledge your financial support. My target, for this, my 11th year riding the MS Tour, is to raise $1,000. I've started the ball rolling with my own pledge of $100.
There are 2 ways you can pledge your support: CLICK HERE to go to my pledge page on the MS web site. There you can make your pledge, paid directly to the MS Society, by credit card. OR use the pledge form below.
